PixVerse's "up to 60% off" is real — but it's not the plan you think
PixVerse is running a discount on two of its AI video models right now, and the headline number being sent to affiliates is "up to 60% off MiniMax H3." We went through the pricing page to find out which plan that 60% actually belongs to.
It belongs to the $149-a-month one.
What's on offer
Two model discounts, both live as of August 31, 2026:
- MiniMax H3 — ends September 5, 00:00 PDT, which makes September 4 the last full day
- Seedance 2.5 1080P — ends September 18, 00:00 PDT, so September 17 is the last full day
Both apply on PixVerse Web and Canvas.
Here's the catch
The discount you get depends entirely on which plan you're on:

The headline figures are the Ultra rates. On Pro — the plan most independent creators would actually pick — you get 50% and 30%. On Standard you get neither.
That's not a scam, and the Pro discount is still a real discount. But "up to 60%" is doing a lot of work in that sentence, and you should know which row you're in before a countdown clock makes the decision for you.

Credit packs run $5 for 500 up to $100 for 10,000.
Pro and Premium produce identical output. Same 4K ceiling, same model discounts. You're paying the extra $24 a month for credit volume, more concurrent generations, and a bigger off-peak discount — not for better video. If you're upgrading for quality, stop at Pro.
Three things to know before you subscribe
Credits expire. Daily credits vanish at the end of each day. Membership credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing period. Only bonus credits from packs and promotions roll over. If your output is uneven month to month, you're paying for capacity you forfeit.
The refund window is narrow. Per PixVerse's terms as of August 31, 2026: only unused subscriptions qualify for a full refund, partial refunds aren't supported, and credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. They also state plainly that they don't accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction with generated results. Generate one clip and the money is committed.
The free tier can't test what's discounted. Basic caps at 540P. The discounted models output 2K and 4K. So the free plan tells you whether you like the interface, not whether the output justifies the spend. That's a genuine gap in "try before you buy," and it's the main reason to be cautious about buying on a deadline.
Who this is actually for
Short-form creators shipping video on a regular schedule, where render throughput and format-ready exports compound. Ecommerce and product teams testing concepts before committing a production budget.
Who should skip it
Anyone publishing occasionally. Credits expire every 30 days, so an irregular schedule means paying for capacity you lose.
Anyone reaching for Ultra purely to get the 60%. At $149/month you're paying $125 more than Pro, and the extra 10 percentage points on one model has to clear that gap before the math works. For most independent creators it won't.
And anyone who hasn't tried the free tier yet. Yes, it's capped at 540P — but it still tells you whether the workflow suits you, and that's worth twenty minutes before you spend anything.
The bottom line
The Pro discount is the one most readers should be looking at: 50% off MiniMax H3 at $24 a month, through September 4. The 60% headline is real but belongs to a plan that costs six times as much.
Start on the free tier. If the workflow fits, Pro is the sensible step up.
